Malbet Privacy Policy – How We Handle Your Personal Data

At Malbet, your privacy is not something we take lightly. This Privacy Policy explains in plain terms exactly what data we collect from Pakistani players, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what your rights are. Please read it carefully — it's important and it's yours to know.

The Six Key Privacy Commitments Malbet Makes to You

The full policy is below, but if you want the short version first — here are the six things that define how Malbet handles your personal information.

We Collect Only What We Need

Malbet collects personal data for specific, defined purposes: running your account, processing PKR payments, verifying your identity and complying with legal obligations. Nothing more.

We Never Sell Your Data

Malbet does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing, advertising or any other commercial purpose. Your data is yours.

Industry-Standard Encryption

All data stored by Malbet — account details, payment records, communication history — is protected using TLS encryption and AES-256 storage encryption at rest.

Payment Data Stays Secure

Easypaisa and JazzCash transaction data is handled through tokenised payment processing. Malbet does not store raw card numbers, mobile wallet PINs or banking passwords.

You Control Your Data

Pakistani players have clear rights: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and opt out of marketing. Malbet makes exercising these rights straightforward.

No Jargon, Full Transparency

This Privacy Policy is written to be understood by real people — not just lawyers. If anything is unclear, contact Malbet's support team and we'll explain it plainly.

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy is issued by Malbet ("Malbet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at malbet.wine. This policy applies to all personal data collected from players who register accounts, make deposits, place bets or interact with any part of the Malbet platform.

Malbet operates a platform designed specifically for Pakistani players. Our services include live casino games (baccarat, roulette), crash games, card games, esports betting, jackpot slots and promotional activities — all conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with local payment methods including Easypaisa and JazzCash. This privacy policy governs how personal data collected through all of these activities is handled.

By creating a Malbet account and using our services, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any aspect of this policy, please do not register or continue using the Malbet platform. You may contact our support team at support@malbet.wine with any questions before proceeding.

Scope: This policy covers personal data collected through the Malbet website, mobile web interface, customer support interactions, payment processing and any promotional communications sent by Malbet.

2. What Personal Data Malbet Collects

Malbet collects personal data through several channels — during account registration, during payment processing, during normal platform usage and through customer support interactions. Here is a clear breakdown of the categories of data we collect:

2.1 Registration and Identity Data

  • Full legal name (as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC or passport)
  • Date of birth (used to verify the 18+ age requirement)
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number (as registered with your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet)

  • CNIC number (collected during identity verification for withdrawals)

2.2 Financial and Payment Data

  • Easypaisa and JazzCash wallet identifiers (mobile number associated with the wallet)
  • NayaPay or SadaPay account references
  • IBFT bank account details where provided
  • Visa/Mastercard masked card numbers (last four digits only — Malbet does not store full card numbers)
  • Transaction history: deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates and payment method used
  • Wagering history (bets placed, amounts, games played, results)

2.3 Technical and Usage Data

  • IP address at the time of login and account activities
  • Device type, operating system and browser information

3. Why Malbet Collects Your Data

Malbet does not collect personal data arbitrarily. Every category of data we hold has a specific, defined purpose. Here are the reasons we collect and use the personal information of Pakistani players:

Purpose Data Used Why Necessary
Account creation & management Name, email, phone, DOB, address Required to set up and maintain your Malbet account
Age verification Date of birth, CNIC Legal requirement — 18+ only policy
Payment processing Wallet IDs, bank details, transaction data To process PKR deposits and withdrawals
Identity verification (KYC) CNIC, name, address Anti-money laundering compliance
Customer support Account data, communication logs To resolve complaints and assist players
Fraud prevention IP address, device data, transaction patterns To detect and prevent fraudulent activity
Responsible gaming Wagering history, session data To identify and support at-risk players
Marketing (with consent) Email, phone, preferences To send promotional offers where opted in
Legal compliance All data categories as required To comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Malbet processes your personal data on the following legal grounds, depending on the specific processing activity:

  • Contract performance: Processing that is necessary to fulfil the contract between you and Malbet — including running your account, processing deposits and paying out winnings.
  • Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws — including KYC/AML obligations, age verification and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Legitimate interests: Processing conducted for Malbet's legitimate business interests where those interests do not override your privacy rights — including fraud prevention, platform security monitoring and improving our services.
  • Consent: Processing you have actively agreed to — specifically, receiving marketing communications from Malbet. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
Note for Pakistani players: Where Malbet relies on legitimate interests as the basis for processing, we carry out a balancing assessment to ensure our interests do not outweigh your fundamental privacy rights. You have the right to object to legitimate-interests processing — see Section 10 for details.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

Malbet does not sell your personal data to any third party, ever. However, in order to operate the platform and fulfil our legal obligations, we share specific categories of data with the following types of third parties:

5.1 Payment Processors

To process your PKR deposits and withdrawals, Malbet shares necessary payment information with your chosen payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, your bank (for IBFT) or your card issuer (for Visa/Mastercard transactions). These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle this data.

5.2 Game Providers

Live casino games and certain RNG games on the Malbet platform are supplied by licensed third-party game studios. These studios receive a session token and basic account reference to authenticate your game session. They do not receive your full account profile, payment details or CNIC.

5.3 Identity Verification Partners

For KYC verification, Malbet may share identity documents (CNIC copies, selfies with ID) with licensed identity verification service providers who process this data solely for the purpose of confirming your identity on Malbet's behalf.

5.4 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

Malbet is legally required to report certain activities to relevant authorities. Where we receive a lawful request from a regulatory body, law enforcement agency or court, we will comply with that request and share the data required. We will notify you of such requests where we are legally permitted to do so.

5.5 Technology and Infrastructure Partners

Malbet uses reputable cloud hosting and platform infrastructure services to operate the website and store data securely. These providers act as data processors under strict contractual obligations and are not permitted to use your data for any purpose other than providing the agreed infrastructure services to Malbet.

Every third party that Malbet shares data with is bound by data processing agreements that require them to maintain appropriate security measures and restrict data use to the specific purposes for which the data was shared.

6. Payment Data and Easypaisa / JazzCash Security

Given that the majority of Pakistani players at Malbet use Easypaisa and JazzCash for deposits and withdrawals, we want to be very specific about how payment data is handled — because it's one of the most sensitive categories of information you share with us.

When you deposit via Easypaisa or JazzCash, the payment is initiated through a secure API connection between Malbet and the relevant payment provider. At no point does Malbet receive or store your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet PIN or account password. The payment providers authenticate the transaction on their own secure systems and return a confirmation token to Malbet.

What Malbet does store in relation to your payment activity:

  • The mobile number associated with your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet (to match the wallet to your Malbet account — required for KYC purposes)
  • Transaction reference numbers and timestamps
  • Deposit and withdrawal amounts in PKR
  • Transaction status (success, pending, failed)

For card payments via Visa or Mastercard, Malbet uses PCI-DSS compliant tokenisation. This means your card number is replaced with a secure token immediately upon entry and the full card number is never stored on Malbet's systems. Only the last four digits of your card number and the card expiry month/year are retained for account matching and dispute resolution purposes.

Important: Malbet will never ask you for your Easypaisa or JazzCash PIN, your mobile banking password or your full card number in any communication — not via live chat, not via email, not via phone. If anyone claiming to be from Malbet asks for this information, it is a fraud attempt. Report it immediately to support@malbet.wine.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Malbet website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to provide a functional, personalised and secure experience. Here's a breakdown of the cookie categories we use:

7.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Malbet platform to function. They maintain your login session, remember your game preferences and ensure secure transactions. You cannot opt out of strictly necessary cookies as doing so would prevent the platform from working.

7.2 Performance and Analytics Cookies

Malbet uses anonymised analytics data to understand how Pakistani players use the platform — which pages are visited most, where players encounter difficulties and how long sessions typically last. This information is used to improve the platform. No personally identifiable information is included in these analytics.

7.3 Functional Cookies

Functional cookies remember your preferences — such as your preferred language setting (en-PK), your last visited game category, and display preferences. They make your experience at Malbet more convenient but are not strictly necessary to use the service.

7.4 Marketing Cookies

If you have opted in to receive marketing communications from Malbet, marketing cookies help us understand which promotional messages you've engaged with so we can send you more relevant offers. These are only active if you have given consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by updating your communication preferences in your account settings or by contacting support@malbet.wine.

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookie types may affect platform functionality.

8. How Malbet Stores and Secures Your Data

Data security is a serious operational priority at Malbet, not a checkbox exercise. The following technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your personal data:

  • TLS encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your browser or mobile device and Malbet's servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. You can verify this by the padlock icon in your browser's address bar when visiting malbet.wine.
  • AES-256 encryption at rest: Data stored in Malbet's databases — including account information, transaction records and KYC documents — is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
  • Access controls: Only authorised Malbet personnel have access to personal data, and only to the extent necessary to perform their specific role. Access is logged and monitored.
  • Two-factor authentication: Malbet's internal systems require two-factor authentication for staff accessing sensitive player data. We also offer 2FA to players for account login.
  • Regular security audits: Malbet undergoes periodic security assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
  • Incident response: In the event of a data security incident that affects your personal data, Malbet will notify affected players promptly and take all necessary steps to contain and investigate the incident.

While we take all reasonable precautions, no system is completely immune to security incidents. If you become aware of any suspicious activity on your Malbet account, contact our support team immediately.

9. How Long Malbet Keeps Your Data

Malbet retains personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the stated purposes or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:

  • Active account data: Retained for the full duration of your account being active at Malbet, plus a minimum of five years after account closure to comply with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
  • KYC and identity documents: Retained for a minimum of five years from the date of submission, as required by applicable AML regulations.
  • Transaction records: All PKR deposit, withdrawal and wagering records are retained for a minimum of five years.
  • Customer support communications: Retained for three years from the date of the last interaction, unless related to an unresolved dispute.
  • Marketing consent records: Retained for as long as your marketing consent is active, plus one year after withdrawal of consent to demonstrate compliance.
  • Technical/usage logs: Retained for up to 12 months in identifiable form. Anonymised aggregate analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

When the applicable retention period expires, Malbet will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in a manner that prevents recovery.

10. Your Privacy Rights as a Malbet Player

As a player on the Malbet platform, you have the following rights regarding your personal data. Malbet is committed to making it easy for Pakistani players to exercise these rights. To make a request, contact support@malbet.wine with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request".

Right of Access

You have the right to request a copy of all personal data that Malbet holds about you. We will provide this in a readable format within 30 days of your verified request.

Right to Rectification

If any personal data Malbet holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected. Contact support and we'll update it promptly.

Right to Erasure

You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected, subject to Malbet's legal retention obligations.

Right to Restrict Processing

You may ask Malbet to restrict how we use your data in certain circumstances — for example, while we verify the accuracy of data you have contested.

Right to Data Portability

Where processing is based on your consent or a contract, you may request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format for transfer to another service.

Right to Object

You may object to processing based on Malbet's legitimate interests, including profiling for responsible gaming monitoring. You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time.

Malbet will respond to all verified privacy rights requests within 30 days. In complex cases, we may extend this by a further 60 days and will notify you of the extension. We do not charge a fee for handling these requests unless they are manifestly unfounded or repetitive.

11. Children's Privacy

The Malbet platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Malbet does not knowingly collect, process or store any personal data relating to persons under the age of 18. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor — through age misrepresentation during registration or any other means — we will immediately close the relevant account, void all associated transactions and securely delete all data relating to that individual.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered a Malbet account without authorisation, please contact us immediately at support@malbet.wine with the subject "Minor Account Report" so we can investigate and take prompt action.

We also encourage parents in Pakistan to use parental control tools available on mobile devices and internet service providers to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.

12. Marketing Communications

Malbet may send you promotional communications — including information about new games, bonus offers, promotions and platform updates — where you have opted in to receive such communications during registration or subsequently through your account settings.

Marketing communications from Malbet may be delivered by:

  • Email to the address registered on your account
  • SMS to your registered mobile number
  • Push notifications (where enabled on your device)

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

  • Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email from Malbet
  • Replying STOP to any Malbet SMS
  • Updating your communication preferences in your account settings
  • Contacting support@malbet.wine with an opt-out request

Please note that opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional communications — Malbet will continue to send you essential account notifications such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal processing updates and security alerts.

Malbet will never send marketing communications to players who have activated self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes. Players on the self-exclusion list are automatically removed from all marketing lists upon activation of self-exclusion.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Malbet may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in how we operate, new legal requirements, or improvements to our privacy practices. When we make a material change to this policy, we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
  • Send a notification to your registered email address at least 14 days before the change takes effect (for significant changes)
  • Display a prominent notice on the Malbet platform highlighting the key changes

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically so you are always aware of the most current version. Continued use of the Malbet platform after a policy update has been notified to you constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

For minor or administrative updates that do not materially affect how we use your data, we reserve the right to update the policy immediately without a notice period.

14. Contact Malbet About Privacy
